Founder
Dave Nichols was born in Reno on September 11, 1954. Dave began his roofing career In 1976 and over the next 20 years worked for two local company's, Arrow Roofing and the original Sparks Roofing. In 1994 Dave opened Buildings and Dwellings Roofing Company Inc. and served Reno's premier builders. Among these were Wasik Construction, Kunze Construction, Village Builders of Nevada, Home Crafters and many more.
Ultimately our goal is to create a high quality roof that exceed manufacturers recommendations. We evaluate your site to determine what possible impact our local weather may have and fortify our installation procedures to minimize the affects.
